Colleen Marie Blandford

Aside from successfully pursuing claims and defenses in federal and state court, Mrs. Blandford is experienced at analyzing insurance coverage issues involving many types of insurance policies, through coverage opinions and declaratory judgment litigation. This litigation includes defending bad faith claims and has resulted in appellate decisions interpreting policy provisions.

Mrs. Blandford has defended discrimination claims at the OCRC, EEOC and trial court level, as well as trade secret, unfair competition and other employment litigation.

Mrs. Blandford has defended manufacturers of products such as escalators and elevators against product liability claims, and has defended employer intentional tort claims in Ohio.
