Turn the matter over to your insurance carrier. Tell them you side of the story and they will take it from that point.
You cannot get blood from a stone. No assets, nothing to collect against. If a suit is filed, you may consider bankruptcy as an option.
Kentucky is a no fault state. Why are you headed to court? For lack of insurance? Sued civilly?
They normally would give you the basic info at the scene. Contact the police station and it will be on the report.
You are at fault. You cannot back into traffic without a clear path. They have the right of way. Their speeding is not going to negate your liability.

I would think it may be covered thru a homeowners policy.
