My son and I hired Mr. Federle Jr. and he had my son wave some suppressed evidence without letting him see it. The waved evidence would have freed him. Instead he had him go to trial with no witnesses, told him not to speak or he would look guilty, explained to me that we had to wait 30 days to appe...al when if we did he would have never gotten a appeal. He needs to be reported to the bar association.

I hired Mr. Federle for a contempt of court case on my ex husband. The day of the hearing it was one of those back-room situations where the attorney's and judge meet in private. Mr. Federle was aware that I did not want to proceed with the hearing if it was about custody or child support. Mr. Fed...erle told me up front that he did not handle custody or child support cases. Bottom line is that Mr. Federle took the easy way out and I do not recommend him for an attorney.
