I needed a real estate contract of sale reviewed and some questions answered. Though Mr. Schroeder was on vacation, he responded to my email request the same day, reviewed the contract the next day and phoned me to discuss my concerns. Mr. Schroeder is very knowledgeable and gives you the tools to resolve your problems not only in the present, but also the future. At a time when we were at our lowest, Mr. Schroeder reached out his hand and pulled us up. I can truly never repay him for all that he has done for us.

My wife and I would like to thank Jim for all of the hard work he put into our sale and for making it happen. I cannot tell you how grateful we are to be rid of the financial burden that the house had become. His expertise in dealing with the banks proved to be essential in getting the deal done, a...nd yhe were very helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process.
