My son went and spoke with Ms. Brock about representing him and she told him she would but then ghosted him. He called and left her messages for days and she never returned one of them. If this is what you call professional then I must not understand the definition. He has since had to go and find... representation elsewhere.

Absolute poor communication, my divorce case is a serious one and her lack of communication. I mean zero unless I complain. She sent me my retainer back but marked the wrong address on my third email to her requesting tracking I let her know I understand that I can report her to the Bar association. ...She responded telling me she gave me a discount as if I should be grateful for her delay and lack of communication. I'm not. She decided to resend the check vs correcting the address with Fed ex. How inefficient and make me wonder if she plans to s and me less money than previously promised. Either way, no matter my situation, I know my rights.
