I hired Steven Wolterman recently for a business purchase negotiation and execution with a business partner. He was indispensable during the entire process. In what I hear is typically a very contentious negotiation process, Mr. Wolterman kept me focused on the end goal and tempered my frustrations w...ith the other party by continuing to provide different strategies to accomplish the goals. Based on the different guidance and strategies he provided me throughout the negotiation process, he obviously has significant experience in working on these type of business purchase transactions. Based on the excellent consistent communication by Mr. Wolterman throughout the process, the final agreements that he drew up for the execution were quickly approved and signed.
