Divorce counsel

I hired Mrs. Horne as legal counsel in a divorce. She did not conduct herself in the best interest of her client. She repeatedly disregarded client settlement requests in divorce negotiations. She entered into agreements with opposing counsel without discussing with or informing her client. She negle...cted to counsel and inform client of processes in divorce proceedings. After divorce was finalized, I questioned about a modification of divorce settlement. She said there were no grounds for modification. I repeatedly made this request based on other person had failed to provide correct information during proceedings. When I told her I researched and found that fraudulent information given by opposing person was grounds to request modification, she then said she didn't do modifications. This was now 3 months later. She was in discussion with opposing counsel and overheard discussing the very information of the fraudulent information and documents from the other person. She provided documents and information with the opposing person when they had their own legal counsel. I felt this was conflict of interest, questioning and requesting that she not do it. When questioned on her actions, she became irate and intimidating. Final conversation and questioning of her actions, which she tried to avoid answering, she proclaimed to withdraw as counsel and said remaining attorney fees would not be billed to client. Her withdraw was not opposed as I was going to drop her as counsel. Another attorney was hired to handle remaining issues in divorce case.
