I was pretty pleased with him and would have given him a good review, however she recently started being belligerent again and when I contacted his office about another consult they simply w...ould not return my call which is very unprofessional.

Wonderful Lawyer My dad needed someone to look at his trust and make sure it was up to date and written the way he wanted it. Mr. Kirk looked at it and met with all of us to help us understand everything that was in it and involved with handling it. He brought the trust up to date and found a couple... of things that needed to be corrected. Dad was extremely satisfied. Also, my dad was going through chemotherapy at the time and was too weak to leave the house, so Mr. Kirk traveled to him. This meant a lot to us and shows how much Mr. Kirk cares about his clients. We were pleased with the service he provided and his reasonable fees. We would definitely use him again.
