Mr. DeYoung has a wide range of experience in a variety of fields, giving him a unique perspective on the cases he handles. Prior to law school, Mr. DeYoung received a Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary, graduating magna cum laude, and has served for more than 18 years in ministry. Mr. DeYoung brings those pastoral skills, training, and compassion to his work with clients.
Mr. DeYoung also hosted a successful morning show on a Nashville Christian radio station where he was the manager for several years. He has been married for 23 years, and has 3 children. He enjoys the Reds, biking, hiking, and playing the guitar. Mr. DeYoung's experience in communications and ministry provides a unique perspective on legal issues, and gives him a heart for clients.
Mr. DeYoung is a cum laude graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Honor Board and was a research assistant in the areas of the First Amendment and Religious Freedom. Mr. DeYoung served as Law Clerk to Judge Tim Oliver in the Warren County Domestic Relations Court, as well as serving in both a large firm and a small firm setting.
