Alex represents employers in private and public sector employment and labor relations matters. He represents employers in employment litigation, including proceedings before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. He provides advice and training regarding employment law issues, including wage and hour law, the FMLA, employment discrimination, and other areas of employment law. He represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations. Alex also defends employers against unfair labor practice charges.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he also participated in Law Review and Moot Court Board. Prior to earning his J.D. he graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in International Studies.
