Biography
I was a Magistrate for Judge Keith M. Spaeth for over 13 years in Butler County Common Pleas. I presided over several jury trials and numerous Bench Trials. Some of the high profile criminal cases that I worked on include Tonya Ansley who plead NGRI for the murder of a Miami University Professor, Tom West who was also an NGRI for a shooting rampage at a West Chester Trucking Company, Dr. Mark Blankenburg who was tried and convicted of numerous sex offenses in front of Judge Spaeth. I was responsible for research and writing countless decisions which ranged from personal injury to medical malpractice.
I joined the law firm of Robinson, Lipnickey & Jones Co., LPA in January of 2014 to expand my legal career in the private sector. I handle criminal cases, probate issues, personal injury, corporation, juvenile issues and litigation.
When I am not working, I am the typical "soccer mom" for my two young children. I have been married for over 17 years to my wonderful husband who likes to remind me that I have been married to him for almost half my life.

Excellent Service
Mrs. Cady did an excellent job on an eviction case associated with a Trust in which I am the Trustee. Tenants where months past due with bills and damages rising. Mrs. Cady was able to expedite the process work around my business travel and get the eviction completed, much sooner than expected.
