excellent lawyer

When I first met him I was unsure but my husband insisted I give it time. As I got to know and work my case with Chris he has become very aware that I am not a bad person just made bad choices. He respects me for how hard I work toward my sobriety and how I've shown the court and him I can do this, I... can be sober and live a productive professional life. He can be a little rough at first but he has seen it all in his 30 years and just wants to not be ran around the bush. I now can say I am truly grateful for listening to my husband and not loosing hope. Thank you Chris for seeing the real me and giving me the chance to show my true colors not only to you but the court as well.

Chris Atkins called my Fiance stupid and yelled at us at court

I had a self defense case and I am a veteran. I recalled all the events as I remembered them but the detective kept badgering me saying if I told him what he wanted to hear he wouldnt issue a warrant I never admitted to anything except defending myself but because I am a veteran he asked me if I was ...diagnosed with PTSD. I told him I NEVER have been. Since he grabbed my arm and I snatched it back and hit him I agreed to pay the damages not knowing my rights and after receiving poor support from Mr Atkins. My fiance asked him a legitimate question and with several people in the hall he snapped and called her stupid for asking. Then, in front of the man I was going to court over he berated me. Although, I have the right to defend my self because I am a veteran this is what they did to me for assault reduced to Disorderly Conduct: $2000 in restitution and fines and a years probation. I have never been in trouble in over 14 years but I got that for a small black eye. The man its over and I had already spoken realizing our faults and worked things out. This is just the results of poor representation in the court. He introduced me to the court saying, This is a road rage case and he is a veteran with PTSD (ALTHOUGH NO EXPERT SAID IT) and put me through a veterans program. Now, I stand to lose my job thanks to Mr Atkins. The entire point of me agreeing to anything was to save my job. So, they put me on probation. The very thing that will cause me to lose it. Hows that for stupid?
