Biography
Ryan Nelson is a battle-tested trial attorney with more than two decades on the front lines of the courtroom. After earning his degrees from Wittenberg University and University of Cincinnati, he spent 23 years at the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, rising to Assistant Chief Prosecuting Attorney and trying well over 100 jury trials—including murder, rape, robbery, arson, and other high-stakes felony cases.
Ryan knows how the prosecution builds cases—because he did it. Now he uses that insider knowledge to attack the state’s case, challenge evidence, and defend clients facing serious charges. Excellent attorney!
I had two warrants including a probation violation warrant that Ryan got reversed. I was facing 7 months total in jail and walked out a free man with no probation. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the judges I was facing. All in all, great attorney who I will recommend to anyone needing one.
