OUTCOME: Success for my client

Client paid $800 deposit to participate in a hockey tournament. Owner of facility, who was organizing the event, cancelled event due to lack of enrollees. After 6+ months of communication, client was ... unable to successfully collect his refund. Client immediately retained me and within one week, I settled that matter with the defendant. Within two weeks, I had a check for the full refund.
