He acts like you have a good case then he doesnt even try to fight for you and doesn't even bring up what he says he going to

Bad.
I call and request to speak to him and I'm told he's not there when I'm in my car in the parking lot and can see his car. When I call otherwise and request to speak with him and I am told he will call me back and it never happens.
