To be blunt – due to the situation, my daughter faced great danger at the Ex’s house. I felt powerless to go against the court ordered visitation to keep my daughter safe, but had such fear for her safety; I could not sleep at night. In one meeting with Kristen, she gathered the information, advised me on how to proceed, and built a case that got me emergency custody within 48 hours. My Ex hired a high priced - cut throat attorney (one of the best, but known for questionable tactics) with the help of her parent’s money. Me being a male in domestic relations court, statistically I felt I was screwed coming out of the gates and saw no chance of winning. I had to go through an unfortunate divorce and was dreading what this was going to entail.
