Successful Conclusion

My wife and I would like to thank Andy for his guidance, professionalism and diligence during a very difficult time. Our lives and future were abruptly altered as a result of a head on collision by an impaired driver who crossed a double line and hit us head on. We were both hospitalized; myself for 5 days and my wife for 8 plus 8 days of rehab. We quickly realized the challenges of the accident. I was traveling on business and the accident occurred in another state. We were not only facing the legal aspect of an accident but also a Workmen’s Comp issue. The recommendation to contact Andy and McKenzie and Snyder was by far the best decision. Andy’s professionalism knowledge and calm demeanor provided us with confidence and relief as the claim was successfully resolved.

Excellent Lawyer and Law Firm

My wife and I had a drunk driver rear-end us at a stop light on Christmas Eve in 2011! Merry Christmas! Needless to say I still have lower back issues due to the 40 mph impact. We where out of town visiting relatives when this occurred and at the time I felt that the pain would go away after a few days of R&R with the relatives, it did not and got worse. I made the mistake of refusing Medical treatment at the time of the accident because I wanted to get on with my Holiday. This turned out to be a mistake because the insurance company was initially being very stingy about giving me even enough funds to cover my medical expenses! Mr. Tobergte was not only able to get my medical expenses covered, but also a healthy check that I feel was commiserate to the pain and suffering I endured in the months that followed. He and his staff answered all my questions and kept me up to date through the whole process. I would definitely use Mr. Tobergte in the future! McKenzie & Snyder is a very professional and effective Law Firm, and I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a bad situation like I did!

horrible please do me and yourself a favor find someone else

This guy and his paralegal are totally unprofessional. I have never received a phone call even asking if was ok,no follow ups or nothing seen him once and that was that. Horrible I was would not recommend this clown for world.

I deeply regret any lack of communication on my part and/or my staff's part. We work very hard to continually improve our lines of communication with clients. I always want to know how my clients are feeling and if issues have arisen. In our defense, there have been times when client phone numbers change or disconnect, making communication much more difficult.
