He snakes across three lanes of traffic in order to get back on the crosstown. In the process he cuts off a jaguar. The jaguar is speeding and, in order to avoid the cement mixer, veers into the far left-hand lane. When she veers in the left-hand lane she strikes my clients vehicle which is up ended by the violence of the collision. The person in that vehicle that I represented ended up with two back surgeries and permanent disability. Four years later worth of litigation and two defendants defeated, we won $675,000 for my client. He bought a house and a truck and is making the most of his life.
