Once speaking with Attorney Rinehardt and explaining my case to him he immediately listened to what I had to say, e...xpressed he felt I had a case and started working on it. His team of attorneys worked for the next three and half years on my case. I never had to call, unless I had a question, they would keep me informed of any new developments or things I needed to do. While working with Attorney Rinehardt we were able to get further treatments and procedures performed to get a better grasp of my condition. Once we had an MRI we had conclusive evidence to what my injury was, where it was and what could have caused it. All I can say is I have never sued anyone or been sued so I had no idea what to expect. Attorney Rinehardt helped me by explaining things in a way I could understand and made a stressful situation a more confident one. I had to do a lot of things for this auto insurer, missing work for appointments they set up to providing sensitive information I personally did not feel was pertinent to the case, but this was all part of the process. Nothing about the three and half years I spent in a lawsuit with this auto insurer was easy. The auto insurer did everything to make my life miserable but the Rinehardt Law Firm made sure that I stayed focused, they kept me educated on what to expect before entering an arbitration hearing, meditations and what to expect if we ended up at trial. All things that someone like myself needs to help alleviate some of the anxiety of the unknown. Attorney Rinehardt's experience is just another reason why I went with his law firm he showed a level of confidence and skill set that personally I felt was above and beyond when meeting with the opposing lawyers. He did not fold or show any sign of weakness while interacting with the opposition and this is an important quality when you are fighting for another person. Personally if, and I hope it never happens, I ever have another personal injury and need an attorney to fight for me I will not hesitate to call the Rinehardt Law Firm to work my case.
