I hired Mr. Spaulding to come into a case that had already been started. Mr. Spaulding went above and beyond for me. He did exactly as he said he would and defended me. Even with tue covid pandemic and not being able to be in office, hos staff webt above and beyond to stay in touch on all aspects. I ...would recommend everyone I know to his firm. Fair price and prefessional!!!!

Unfortunately, I have hired this lawyer twice, and the second time was a real eye-opener. This attorney believes he can handle his cases entirely on an iPhone. I never saw a single piece of his discussions with the prosecutor in writing. In our conversations, he undermined the major points we would h...ave had in this case. He was entirely unwilling to fight for anything. For weeks and weeks, he did not give me a single update on what he was doing, I had to be the proactive person to remind him that the case was still ongoing. This weird conduct, in my opinion, is a sign that all he cares about is taking as many cases as he possibly can, but he is unable to handle them -- I feel there was basically no "file" about my case, he was just trying to fly by the seat of his pants with it. I will never hire this individual again. Stay away from this attorney. You will be wasting your money.
