John was very thorough and is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. Straight to the point and honest. Expects the same in return. He was able to answer all my questions, which was many, as I'd never been in trouble before. He was able to tell me the things I needed to hear as far as court goes but ...the waiting period and not knowing what was going on before the court date wasnt very helpful, however, I understand he was busy with my case and others. He was very affordable, easy to talk with, and is an overall good guy. Was able to give me the best result possible. I'm very grateful to him and his employees in the office. They are all very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate their help and hope we never cross paths again, no offense.

Jon Spaulding was extremely prompt with answering my initial request to him. I received a direct personal call from him on the same day even though it was already 9pm on a Sunday. That's good service. He new my situation before I could even give him details and had the answers ready before I knew wha...t questions to ask. His behavior was prepared and personal. I never want to need a lawyer again but if needs be it will be Jon.

Within 30 minutes of calling I was able to meet him and discuss my case, instantly went on about possibilities, his plan, and the bare minimum. Decent payment and worked with me as much as possible. Although was a bit hard to reach regarding court hearing, always heard back from him as soon as he cou...ld. All together I would recommend Spaulding to any friend of mine and would use him again! Unfortunately, I have hired this lawyer twice, and the second time was a real eye-opener. This attorney believes he can handle his cases entirely on an iPhone. I never saw a single piece of his discussions with the prosecutor in writing. In our conversations, he undermined the major points we would h...ave had in this case. He was entirely unwilling to fight for anything. For weeks and weeks, he did not give me a single update on what he was doing, I had to be the proactive person to remind him that the case was still ongoing. This weird conduct, in my opinion, is a sign that all he cares about is taking as many cases as he possibly can, but he is unable to handle them -- I feel there was basically no "file" about my case, he was just trying to fly by the seat of his pants with it. I will never hire this individual again. Stay away from this attorney. You will be wasting your money.
