You do not want this attorney. According to what I found on the internet, he received a law degree in 1973, almost 50 years ago… so he’s about 75+ years old. Don’t let “with age comes experience” allow you to believe he’ll be a good attorney. That’s what I thought, I was wrong. Also with age, comes d...ementia. All this time as an attorney and the judge had to tell him during court that SSI income isn't included in the calculation of child support. My autistic child lost hundreds of dollars in child support that would have helped him, due to this attorney apparently not knowing (or forgetting) after almost 50 years of being an attorney, that SSI isn’t used in the calculation of child support. I wonder how many of his other clients are also losing hundreds if not thousands in child support because of his forgetting or lacking the knowledge. For almost 6 months as a repeat customer and while he was working on something else for me, I asked for his help regarding my autistic son who was getting sick almost every time while at his mother’s for visitation; showed him things, only for him to tell me "I'll get back with you." He never did. After almost 6 months of "I'll get back with you," I hired another attorney who was able to resolve the problem in 2 weeks. Oh, and he lost part of the case to my unrepresented wife. Did you read that? HE LOST PART OF THE CASE TO MY UNREPRESENTED WIFE. Even though he had evidence, he did not present the evidence to the court or the defendant. This attorney is a loser and if you use him, you’ll be loser too. If my experiences with this attorney aren’t enough to convince you to avoid using him, then at least do this for yourself. Don't use him for a divorce or child support. Do not give him a retainer for more than what he asks. Also, make sure you get a billing statement each month to see where your money he’s holding of yours goes/is spent on. I didn’t, and had to finally ask for it well past the end of my divorce.
