Biography
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Toledo School of Law, Dan began his legal career over 36 years ago. Over his many years of practice, Dan has achieved outstanding results for thousands of people having a variety of legal problems. Since the housing market crash of 2008, Dan has become a recognized leader in defending homeowners against the abusive tactics used by mortgage companies.
Dan is licensed to practice in all courts throughout Ohio and is a prolific writer on the subject authoring Foreclosure Stories and Consumer Mortgage News, which are published weekly.

This lawyer touts that he is knowledgable about foreclosures when really all he does is take a retainer fee and do nothing.
