Successful Expungement & Great Courtroom Representation

I had a great experience working with attorney John Andrew Motter for my expungement. He kept me informed about my court date and made sure I had the information I needed throughout the process. My expungement was successful, and I received the official paperwork today confirming everything was compl...eted. His professionalism in the courtroom was excellent. He clearly knows what he’s talking about and took the time beforehand to explain what was going to happen during the hearing. I have a lot of anxiety about court situations, so that really helped me feel more prepared and less nervous. I had seen a few reviews mentioning that they didn’t get responses to phone calls, which made me a little nervous at first. However, that was not my experience at all. When I called and left a voicemail, they did get back to me, and I was also able to stay in touch through email throughout the process. The only delay I experienced was with the Wyandot County court office not processing things in a very timely manner, which was outside of their control. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and very grateful to now have my record expunged. Also, their office dogs were super friendly, which made the visits a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend their services.

He got my charges dropped

I was falsely charged with a second degree felony. Motter got all charges dropped. He went through my discovery and investigated my story. He then personally took the new evidence to the prosecutor. He saved me! If he hadn't taken the time to follow through, I would have gone to prison for something ...I did not do. Most attorneys would have just tried to work up a deal. He helped prove my innocence.

Saved my butt!!!

I hired him to help me keep my license and my job. He did what needed to be done. He told me everything that could happen and didn't sugarcoat any of it. He truly saved my butt. If I had lost my license I would have lost my job. He came through for me even better than I had hoped.

Got the job done!!!

I hired Mr. Motter to help me get my kids back. He went above and beyond for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to help with something that important!

Didn't even try

I hired this attorney for a custody case. When it came time for the trial he pressured me into settling because he told me the judge would not give me what I was asking for. He didn't take any of my evidence with him to the pretrial hearing, and he would interrupt me anytime I tried to ask him someth...ing so I could better understand. Very poor attorney when it comes to manners and fighting for what I wanted.
