I like to assist my clients in finding avenues to accomplish their goals and work with them to find a way to accomplish those goals. In addition, I defend employment litigation, appear at administrative hearings and arbitrations and respond to EEOC, OCRC and OSHA complaints. I also provide counsel to clients on all issues relating to employment planning, layoffs, discipline and terminations

I have in-depth experience in drafting and designing all types of qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit, profit sharing, 401(k), cash balance and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. I also create deferred compensation plans, phantom stock plans and stock appreciation rights for clients.
