As a person he’s very nice but we were extremely inexperienced in attorneys not alone criminal defense attorneys. Looking back now I see so many red flags that we overlooked at the time. We went to trial and we lost drastically. He basically opposed nothing. He didn’t do his job across the board at ...the time we were clueless. He charged us a lot and did very little in defense and it cost my son tremendous amounts of time. He refused to file paperwork for the federal charges which should have been done so immediately. A motion for availability! He just said we would take care of it at end of Trial that should never have occurred. Young and inexperienced for certain. Know what you need in an attorney before you hire them. It can cost you your life! if we knew then all we know now we would never have hired Ty Graham. Nice guy. However putting your life in his hands could be very costly all the way around.
