Howard Wernow is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Supreme Court of Florida, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American, Ohio, Akron and Stark County Bar Associations, as well as the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association. He is a proud member of Beta Theta Pi and Phi Alpha Delta.
Mr. Wernow received his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from The University of Florida.
