Melissa and her team were excellent! This was my first experience with needing legal representation and they did a wonderful job explaining things in a way that I could understand them during my initial consult. Once we were into the divorce process, she was able to handle all of my daily questions a...nd concerns in a timely and professional manner. I have heard horror stories about fathers being treated less than fair by the court system and Melissa made sure this was not the case for me. Out of nowhere my wife handed me dissolution papers. She had been dealing with a lawyer and was wanting me to sign the papers. I needed a lawyer fast, so I contacted Melissa’s firm. They did an over the phone consultation (covid restrictions were in effect at the time). They listened to my story and ...said they could help. Throughout the process they explained things to me and helped me to not get taken advantage of. They were very good at responding to emails and phone calls, and were always very helpful. After the dissolution was finalized and the case “closed” they have been available to me to answer some other questions that I have had. I am very happy with their service would definitely use them again should the need arise. I highly recommend them.
