Look Elsewhere
I hired Merklin in a domestic case. On the day of my trial,it was obvious he was not prepared. I had left online documentation, which he never printed or even read, on the way into court he asked me to review the case, a sure sign he was NOT prepared. Do yourself a service and look elsewhere.
