I have used Jeff a couple of times over the past 6yrs. Jeff is very professional, hard working and he and his staff have great communication. He was always honest with how he felt we should proceed and how he felt the judgments might go. He prepared me for the hearings by reviewing our case and as...king me questions the judge might ask. This was very helpful and reassuring. Jeff will be the first one I call if I need an attorney in the future.

If you want to lose your case, then this is your guy. He was ill-prepared. Did not have documentation ready. Used my NOTES (that I just happened to have with me on day of trial) as exhibits. MY NOTES were never meant to be exhibits. I had a whole website complete with my story, easy to print out docu...mentation, which I showed him at our initial meeting (but never read or used any of it). In fact he never got on the website after I left his office (I had a tracking mechanism which counts anytime he would have gotten on). When in court, I knew five minutes into the case, we were going to lose. His presentation was a total joke. It was fragmented and unorganized. I could go on but I think you got the point. Merklin is an ill-prepared lawyer that needs to go to toastmasters to learn how to speak. If you want to win your case, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
