Richard William Hinig

Rick Hinig is a wonderful lawyer. He represented me in a case against a major medical company that took the life of my husband. He was so wonderful to me and my two young children. Rick Hinig has tremendous knowledge across the entire spectrum of legal issues. I have come to trust him so much that I will not sign anything or agree to anything major without him knowing about it. He has helped me with everything to a traffic ticket, to tax problems, to major negotiations with a h...ospital, to personal injury and more. His fees are reasonable, and he does not pull numbers out of the sky everytime I talk to him on the phone. He looks at everything rationally and with common sense. I have referred many other clients to him and they have all been happy. I strongly recommend Mr Hinig for literally any legal problem.

Hinig represented me in a civil matter earlier this year and did a fair job of getting the complaint dismissed. However, when I e-mailed him recently inquiring about representation regarding an Ohio Dissolution of Marriage, his reply was "I don't do divorces any more (sic); if the matter goes forward... as a dissolution, my fee is $1500 up front". Well, as a lay person, I can only presume some dissolutions become divorce complaints. I wasn't comfortable with his response.
