John Nicholas Zomoida Jr.

I'll keep this brief because people get bored easily. John Zomoida is a good attorney. He's technically competent which is critical, but more relevant, he's humanistic. Over the years I've dealt with different attorneys in a client and in social settings, and too often I find myself confused and f...eeling like they're up there and I'm somewhere where they're not. That is not a good thing. John talks to you in a very personable manner, and he takes great pains to make certain that you understand the issues at hand because he's doing his job, he's protecting your legal interests. I met him first when I had a traffic ticket, he was great. This past year he handled my chapter 13, and he took an upsetting and humiliating situation and made it somewhat more bearable by taking the time to work with me and make sure we had everything we needed to get a good filing.

In the swirl of something as disruptive and emotional as personal bankruptcy, John Zomoida was the professional voice, keeping things on track, keeping me informed and answering my questions, which covered simple to complex (at least to me) inquiries. From a personal perspective, I never want to g...o through anything like this again, but if I were to face similar circumstances, I would hire Attorney Zomoida again with no hesitation whatsoever.

Each step of the bankruptcy process was explained to me in so much detail that I had very few questions to ask. My case was expedited in a time frame that I didn't think would happen. John is very clear in his relay of information, very kind as well and I do believe extremely well versed in his area ...of law.
