After reviewing a number of attorneys,i chose John,my intial consultation was free,and he was so easy to talk to.I explained my situation,and i was pleased with all his answers,concerning chpt 13.We developed a plan,which was workable to me,and he gave me some pointers as well.One thing that i liked,...was that i could make my payments at his office,which was very convienient to me.He said if there were any problems with payments,he could help me out,to keep the plan current.John is so easy to work with,as i had some issues after,and we worked them all out.I highly recommend him,as he is there for you,at any time.

Great lawyer to get the job done. He guides you through the process. He is straight forward, if you have questions he will answer them in a timely manner. I'll keep this brief because people get bored easily. John Zomoida is a good attorney. He's technically competent which is critical, but more relevant, he's humanistic. Over the years I've dealt with different attorneys in a client and in social settings, and too often I find myself confused and f...eeling like they're up there and I'm somewhere where they're not. That is not a good thing. John talks to you in a very personable manner, and he takes great pains to make certain that you understand the issues at hand because he's doing his job, he's protecting your legal interests. I met him first when I had a traffic ticket, he was great. This past year he handled my chapter 13, and he took an upsetting and humiliating situation and made it somewhat more bearable by taking the time to work with me and make sure we had everything we needed to get a good filing.
