GOOD GUY
I HAVE RETAINED ATTY VIVO ON 4 OR 5 MATTERS AND IT HAS ALWAYS TURNED OUT POSITIVE. RETURNING PHONE CALLS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT HE SHOWS UP FOR COURT AND IS KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND GETS THE BEST OUTCOME FOR TASK AT HAND .

Very poor when returning phone calls and answering questions...If he even returns your calls. Their is more to a legal practice than talking repeatedly to voicemail and his legal secretary. The questions he does answer are not always the right information. I would definetly look for another attorney ...
