David has been with Roth, Blair, Strasfel & Lodge since 1988. He brings to the firm valuable knowledge and experience in commercial litigation and appellate law. David has represented individuals and businesses in an assortment of legal disputes including construction issues, uniform commercial code concerns, and landlord/tenant disputes. David provides free legal services to the Court Appointed Sspecial Advocate Program of Mahoning County and to Mahoning County's Volunteer Legal Service Program. In 2004, the VLSP honored David as it's Lawyer of the Year, and the Mahoning County Bar Association bestowed the same award in 2009.

Disappointed
Received settlement, never received statement of settlement. Aggressive until he met with Ins Co. A lot of claims to policy that were not pursued. Vacations often. Charges unfairly. Uses Secretary to do work that he charges Attorney rates for. Very Disappointed.
