Let me start by saying he was not my trial lawyer for my divorce. He was hired specifically to do objections to the Magistrate's decision for my trial because the lawyer I had said he wasn't very good at post decree. That's another story. Mr. Maruca was paid up front handsomely I may add he charged... me quite a bit of money for record review. Record-based objections, the possibility of remand and another objections to a different case. Not only did he charge me to do those duties research them, he had the audacity to tell me to sell some of my investments to pay him to do appeal that he was never going to win because he never actually did supplemental objections. Meaning he made me pay for things that he never actually did and he screwed me out of ever being able to fix these issues because of res judicata. If you were to hire him because he charges you for every single phone call and every email and everything else I would stay away because he's going to tell you he's going to give you the world and not produce when he could have easily fixed my case. This sounds like sour grapes but I can assure you I have the rulings from the court saying I didn't properly object and I did not appeal properly because somebody didn't do any record-based objections that they were paid handsomely for. Stay away find someone young thats willing to do the work your pay for

Too Cool Chris Represented me in an open and shut , sure win custody battle for my daughter. Chris was bullied by an attorney named bogut. Eventually we came to an agreement and recieved custody. Chris left us vulnerable in so many ways in the agreement that we thought we were covered. Not like h...e answers his calls but never would respond afterwards.
