I hired Mike to handle my divorce...he wanted 3 thousand for the divorce 6 thousand for a asset investigation on my wife 8 hundred for a jury trial on my home foreclosure .The receptionist told me to file a grievance with the bar ass. that he isnt doing anything. I got no asset investigation and no j...ury trial on my forclosure. Even my complaint with the bar association could not get my money back.He also had the nerve to bill me an additional 21 thousand dollars after filling a property lean on my home sale.I would never use this law firm again. The bar association only canceled him from further billing me.

Mike Mcgee is my hero! My name is Ken. I live in the seattle area. a few years ago another Ohio lawyer known for his bad behavior and a former customer of mine conspired to steal my assets. They obtained a $300,000 default judgement in Ohio useing completly fabricated lies. They faked everthing with...out my knowlege. i have no ties to Ohio and the law suite was completly wrong "Would not have believed it was possible if it had not happened to me" Nov. 20, 2007. I recieved a letter from a Washington state lawyer saying they had just filed a foriegn judgement for almost $300k against me. I was devistated. Not a clue what had happened. I retained a wa state lawyer he took my $2500 and ignored my calls. I goggled Lawyer Ohio and found Mike Mcgee. Friday about 4:30 pm. I explained my problem. He told me to call him Monday and plan on wiring a $1000 retainer. I did! By the time I returned to my office from the bank there was 17 pages on my fax machine.He had researched my situation over the weekend and was up to speed . I was blown away. And he just got better from there. The corrupt lawyer that was running the scam was not going down without a fight. He lied ,purgered himself,missed court date after court date and tried to run me out of money. But Mike was fair and did not overcharge me. This went on for months. Mike always gave me the straight truth. His knowledge of the law was awesome . The evil lawyer would send out 3 pages of lies. Mike would respond with 15 pages of facts.
