Robert Warren Price

I made an appointment with Mr. Price and was called the next day and asked to reschedule. With some difficulty I rescheduled for a later time. Because of prior commitments I was 5 minutes late for the appointment. When I arrived there was no-one at the reception window. A young man came to the window... after a few minutes and then went to tell Mr. Price I was there. Long story short, after another 10 minutes a woman came to the window and told me I must reschedule AGAIN because someone else had an appointment 15 minutes after mine. I drove 45 minutes to get to Mr. Prices office and because I was five minutes late they think I would make the same mistake again by rescheduling AGAIN. I left wondering how much time would be devoted to my case if they could not spare the five minutes that I was late.
