I hired ben joltin 3 years ago for an expungment case brought him all my paper work and he said I can make payments wich he asked me for 50$ to file ot so I handed him 150$ and owed him 150$ more.I called and called and called he refuses to return his calls.a year later goes by and his secretary call...s me asking me for the rest of the remaining balance of 150$ and I said is this a bad joke ive called every week for the past year and he refuses to call me back and she said pay us another 150$ and he will call u so 2 years later I hired brian terrashawty .wich was a lil more but he got the job done completely after 1 month.he did in one month what ben joltin couldn't do in 3 years .and I want my money back wich I probably wont ever get back he is a crook a liar and a thief .he is worse than the criminals he defends

Attorney Ben Joltin has moved his office from one to another in Canfield, Ohio. Asked me to get him documents to him 2 days later which I did. He stated he did not have his kids for the weekend and would work on my case. I have now tried to contact him for close to 2 months. Non-responsive.... No ...work completed... I requested a refund.... Left messages at his office.... This is my last resort to inform the American public that he is not a professional in his field. Sure he went to school and got a piece of paper that says he is, but he is not....

After getting nowhere with my previous attorney for over 4 years, I did some research and found that many other attorneys recommended Mr. Joltin for my Child Custody case. From the first time I called, Mr. Joltin kept all appointments and kept me well informed of the status of my case. It should be n...oted, that court continuances and conflicts with the court are out of Mr. Joltins control, however he fought for me every step of the way. After a year of court continuances and pre-trials, it finally came to the days of trial. Mr Joltin had met with me for several days to make sure that all of our information and testimony was ready. At the end of the trial, I was awarded custody of both of my boys, which as their father, does not happen often. I work with attorneys on a daily basis, and when it comes to child custody, there is nobody other than Mr. Joltin, that I would trust my children's future with. I have found that with attorney's, you get what you pay for. I could not put a price on getting custody of my children, and Mr. Joltin delivered on every single promise he made.

Hired 5 yrs ago for continuing custody disputes: couldn't be bothered to file anything, would set apts, cancel numerous times or set apts. and not file what was discussed. When I hire anybody I expect what I ask for to be honestly attempted to the best of your ability. That was not received. Appar...ently this atty. is only interested in you if you are a millionaire, or feel like stroking his "ego". Sorry If you do a lousy job I will tell you in person; if you continue, I will tell everyone else not to waste their money. He continued to be unprepared in hearings, even when I dropped of paperwork (copies) already ready for court, you "left them back at the office"...whose side of the table were you on?...he completely sucked! a custody battle with B.J. will easily run you 20 grand+ cleanup costs with a follow up atty. Save yourself the frustration.
