We work with the full range of employers -- big, small, private, public, non-profit -- on all aspects of workplace law. Much of my practice involves advice to management to avoid problems before they start. This counsel is in areas like wage/hour law, discipline/discharge, disability/FMLA management, and collective bargaining agreement and employment policy administration. I also litigate employment-related actions, and defend employers before administrative agencies like the EEOC and DOL.
