Lawyer had no interest in fighting for me, just wanted to settle and get an easy paycheck after a car accident that was no fault of mine where I was hit head-on by a texting driver. He never even subpoenaed the phone records and just didn't want to work for his cut. He also did not pay all of my me...dical bills as promised out of the weak settlement I received and I am stuck paying for them still to this day. He did nothing for me and had his paralegal do everything. It took almost a year for a settlement and it was chump change.
