Since 2005, my law practice has been focused on Probate Administration, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Qualifiying Individuals and Spouses for Medicaid, Asset Preservation and Personal Injury. The most common Estate Planning documents I suggest every person should have are a Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney and a Living Will. These are the big four. Other various documents may also be required for your specific situation.
