If you wait until an emergency occurs, you will be in the same boat we were in and without a paddle as well. I can honestly say that I have never had such fine fortune in my life before, so I am very thankful. It is very true that an Attorney is expensive, but when you consider their fee against what you have to lose, an honest Attorney like Mister McMahon will earn every penny you have to pay out. Jason was recommended to my wife and i by a close friend, i'm so glad we took their advice and had Jason prepare a will for us. we new nothing about the process, he clearly explained everything that we needed and should do since there were children involved, as well as a power of attorney, beneficiar...ies and living will, we were so pleased i had him look over my mothers will and update it as needed, he advised her on how i could write checks for her if she became incapacitated and how we could avoid probate on her financial holdings. He took a great load off our shoulders knowing that our estates are properly set up when when my family needs it.

I was given Mr McMahon's name from a friend that he had helped out and she didn't know what she would have done without him. I agree! Taking care of an ill parent is stressful enough but dealing with their finances, nursing home, legal affairs is even worse.
