After our phone call I checked my records and as far as I know I mailed out the reaffirmation to the creditor. I do not know why they did not receive it. Sometimes the mail can get lost in transit which I have no control over. On June 23, 2021 I sent your wife an email with Jefferson Services reaffirmation for you to sign but it seems you did not get it. As I said you have nothing to worry about once you make your truck payments. My paralegal also called right after our phone call to Westlake and they said they did not get our mailed copy. They said maybe something happened with the delivery. According to the Judge in Toledo it shouldn't matter if your truck will be on your credit or not because studies have shown there are minimal impact on the credit score. However, your credit score will still go up even if your truck is not in there. I spoke to you about the truck, but you bit my head off. This is why I called you out on it because I am an honest Lawyer who files all all of my clients paperwork, unfortunately your reaff did not reach them. You can go to another bank and apply for a mortgage but you will have to wait for a year to be approved. Our office took care of the garnishment and it seems that your wife's employer could have tossed it out. It is the creditor who files the release of the garnishment which they did. There was a three way phone call with you, the court and the creditors attorney. Apparently you were on a recorded line and they said it seems like you were not listening as I was told by them. Our office returned every phone call, text and email to you so this is not true when you say we are unprofessional and undependable. We have everything on record.
