Tyler James Whitney

Tyler Whitney in my opinion is a very poor attorney all the way around, I wouldn't want him representing me in any case for any reason. if it weren't for my family's hard work much of the evidence used in the case wouldn't have been available because he didn't even known where to obtain the informat...ion from. But not only did he do a poor job on this case his appearance was just as bad. He showed up looking as if he'd been out drinking and didn't have enough time to shower before appearing in court. This case would have been even worse if it weren't for the knowledge of my sister who is a court reporter. She did a lot of searching and preparing for this case, in fact, I believe she eve prepared a Q and A with examples of possible answers and what the next questions should be for Tyler to use in court because of his unpreparedness and lack of education and knowledge. My suggestion to anyone considering using Mr. Whitney is keep on looking for someone you can count on to do the job you need done...because he can't do it unless you are educated enough to know what needs to be done and do the work for him.
