Criminal charges are serious and often very stressful. Please take a moment to look through my profile and qualifications. I'm a former prosecutor with more than 17 years of legal experience. Because of my previous experience I know exactly what the state needs to prove and can find weaknesses in the case against you. I have extensive DUI / OMVI experience and wrote policies currently being used by law enforcement agencies in Summit County. I provided training to many of those same agencies in many aspects of both DUI and Criminal Law which makes me uniquely qualified to represent my clients.
