I could write a book about how good Scott handled my case ( Had a F-5 Case in Summit). When I first sat down with Scott, I had a lawyer I was working with that said that it was not if I was going to prison it was how long I was going to have to go, now let me say I had all ready given the other lawye...r the proof that I did not do what the police said I did and He still told me that statment. So me and Scott sat down for about a hour and went over my case and he said give him a few days and he would call me back. Scott called me in about 2 days and said that he had work something out and that I need to be in court the following week, I said great. So we went to court that morning and instead of sitting there for hours he got us in front of the judge within the first 3 to 5 people and on top of that THE CASE WAS DROPPED, NOT A PLEA DEAL IT WAS JUST COMPLETELY DROPPED. Based on Scott spending the time to listen and make the court listen to the proof that I had, unlike the other lawyer that just didnt care about me or my family or want to spend anytime working on the case. Scott is by far the best in Akron and dont just take my word for it ask around, better yet give him a call and sit down with him and when your done YOU WILL SEE AND FEEL THAT He is the best and cares about you and your case and will spend the time need on your case.
