F-4 gun charges dismissed, Client pleaded No Contest to a 1st degree misdemeanor, no jail, $50 fine, and community service.
OVI dismissed, client pleaded No Contest to Failure to Control and a tail light infraction, no jail time, merely fines.
The BAC test results were inadmissible, OVI dismissed, and my client plead to a non-moving violation of having Physical Control of MV while intoxicated, his license was assessed 0 points, no jail, and he merely paid fines and court costs.
All minor traffic infractions and OVI dismissed, Client merely pleaded No Contest to a Reckless Operation, no jail, just fines.
Through extensive pre-indictment presentation of evidence to the detectives and the prosecutors I was able to convice the State to refuse to even present the case to the Grand Jury. Case Closed.
