I represent companies of all sizes in various industries, including manufacturing, chemical, health care, and renewable energy.

I regularly assist my clients with labor, employment, and human resources matters, including employment agreements, non-competes, employee handbooks, and wage and hour issues.

I serve as General Counsel for three hospitals/health systems, both for- and not-for profit. As GC, I manage and coordinate all legal matters for my clients and their hospitals. This experience has also helped me understand the business of health care, including reimbursement and revenue cycle issues, physician/hospital joint ventures, regulatory matters, risk and claims management, and strategic planning. I also represent numerous physicians, medical practices, and other health care provider
