Biography
I am a partner with the law firm of Niekamp, Weisensell, Mutersbaugh & Mastrantonio LLP. I have been with this firm for 13 years now. Before that I was a partner at Amer Cunningham Co., LPA, also in Akron. I was with the Amer Cunningham firm for 18 years. My practice is almost exclusively in civil litigation. I handle many different kinds of civil litigation including personal injury, professional malpractice, business and commercial litigation, and complex litigation. I have been practicing law now since 1985. I am Board Certified in Civil litigation by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and I have been board certified for over 17 years now. I am a past president of the Akron Bar Association and also past president of the Summit County Trial Lawyers Association. I am also a past Board Member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
